How do we know we are making progress?

From the start, we define together:

• Clear and achievable objectives
• Progress indicators: delivery, quality, autonomy, flow…
• Regular validation points

👉 The goal is not to “do agile”, but to measure real improvement.

And when does the support stop?

The support is not intended to last indefinitely. It stops when:

• The objectives have been reached
• The teams are autonomous
• Or when we observe that the approach no longer brings value

👉 My role is also to know when to step back at the right time.
